I truly love the real estate business and continually study the intricacies and ever changing aspects.  As I have my beginnings in property management, one of my specialties is income property sales and property management.  I also love working with first time home buyers, as there is a great satisfaction to me then seeing a person become a homeowner for the first time.  That is not to say that I don't enjoy working with current owners, as I would love to help owners sell their current properties, and help them into the homes of their dreams. 

 If you are interested in owning rental properties around the area, we are tied in with many local landlords and have our ear to the ground, learning about properties before they hit the market.  Income properties are one of my specialties, due to my long experience in property management.  Lets talk about some income property options.

I am a third generation Ann Arborite, and a member of a fourth generation Washtenaw County family, so I have expansive knowledge of the area and its history.  A graduate of the Ann Arbor Public Schools along with being the son, grandson, and nephew of a few of the area's school systems teachers and principals, I understand the great benefits of the area's public schools systems.  After graduating from Huron High School, I went to Indiana University to get a degree in history, along with playing lacrosse for the university.  Once my undergraduate days ended, I attended Eastern Michigan University and received a Masters in American History.  While completing my Masters degree, I obtained my real estate license so that I could better attend to the rental properties which I had been working on for much of my life.  The license also helped my tenants out in enabling me to help them become first time home buyers, along with enabling me to expand my property management experience and abilities.

In that I started out in the property management realm of the real estate business, I believe I have a unique perspective on the business and how to best serve my clients.  I can tell you that there is no greater satisfaction for me than when I am at the closing table and my client has bought the house of their dreams.  As someone who was raised in Ann Arbor, I know and love the area and I actively study this real estate market.  I believe I can best help you in your search.
